Living with Parkinson’s disease can affect movement, balance, coordination, energy, and confidence in everyday routines. Inter-Coastal’s Parkinson’s Disease Program is designed to provide specialized, non-medical home care that supports mobility, reduces fall risk, and helps each client maintain as much independence as possible. With personalized care plans, trained caregivers, and RN-supervised monitoring, this program helps clients navigate daily life more safely while giving families greater reassurance and support.

• Support with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Medication routine awareness and consistency support

• Communication techniques for cognitive or speech changes

• Best practices to support safe mobility and independence

Monitoring Includes

• RN-supervised care and routine progress assessments

• Mobility and fall-risk tracking to support safety improvement

• Caregiver performance monitoring and ongoing training

• Early identification of changes to help prevent hospital readmissions
