Inter-Coastal’s Alzheimer’s & Dementia Program is designed to create a calmer, safer home environment while helping each client maintain as much comfort, dignity, and independence as possible. This program also gives families peace of mind by combining trained caregivers with ongoing RN oversight and clear communication throughout the care journey.

What Our Program Includes

• Memory support and cognitive engagement activities

• Safe supervision to help prevent wandering and injury

• Assistance with personal care and daily routines as needed

Specialized Caregiver Training

• Dementia-specific communication techniques

• Behavioral management and redirection strategies

• De-escalation and anxiety-reduction techniques

• Safety awareness and wandering prevention

• Ongoing guidance to support routine consistency and calm interactions

Monitoring Includes

• Ongoing RN oversight to support high-quality, consistent care

• Regular monitoring of client condition, mobility, and overall well-being

• Caregiver reporting of any changes or concerns

• Timely care plan adjustments based on client progress
